Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the logmypays mobile application (the "Service") operated by logmypays ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Subscriptions ("logmypays Pro")
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
- Auto-Renewal: At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or logmypays cancels it.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings page. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current Billing Cycle.
- Free Trial: logmypays may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period. You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
3. Accuracy of AI Receipt Scanning
The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to parse and categorize receipt data. While we strive to provide the most accurate extraction possible, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the parsed data. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming all transactions before saving them to their budgets.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of logmypays and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall logmypays, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
